Quality Control Technician (Two Positions Available)

MaxLife Industries, manufacturer of ArmorWall Fire-Rated Structural Insulated Sheathing, seeks two Quality Control Technicians to perform quality control activities during day and night shift operations (one each) at our manufacturing plant in Salisbury, North Carolina. Each Quality Control Technician will be responsible for monitoring, testing, and reporting on many different aspects of our product manufacturing process. These responsibilities include raw material inspections, finished goods inspections, production activities, safety checks, and more.

Each Quality Control Technician will work closely with plant workers, Shift Supervisors, and the Plant Manager.  We’re seeking two hard-working team players that can use their existing manufacturing and quality control skills and experience to help us achieve the best productivity, quality, and safety available to our company, its customers, and our employees.

Third Shift Supervisor

MaxLife Industries, manufacturer of ArmorWall Fire-Rated Structural Insulated Sheathing, seeks one Third Shift Supervisor to oversee night shift operations at our manufacturing plant in Salisbury, North Carolina. Hand-on supervisory responsibilities include manufacturing production, quality control, shipping and receiving, inventory management, equipment maintenance and repairs, safety management, and some employee supervision.

The Third Shift Supervisor will be responsible for meeting and exceeding daily production goals for their shift, while identifying areas for improvement, cost reduction, and increased efficiencies. The Third Shift Supervisor will be supported by others in similar positions as well as the Plant Manager but must be able to think and act independently to keep production moving forward at all times possible.

Manufacturing Plant and Warehouse Positions

We are now accepting applications for manufacturing plant and warehouse positions at our headquarters in Salisbury, NC.  Positions are available for first and third shifts.  Our employees work 4 days per week Monday – Thursday on 10-hour shifts.  We recently implemented a profit sharing program and now provide access to a 401k program.   If you’re interested in working with us, please send in an application or stop by our office to drop one off!
